Recipients will be selected at the judges’ discretion, based on results from the past calendar year, and consideration of some or all of the following factors:

• Number of Video testimonials received in the last calendar year – 1st Jan-31 Dec
• Positive reviews on Google Business received in the last calendar year – 1st Jan – 31 Dec
• Positive reviews on other social media sites received in the last calendar year – 1st Jan – 31 Dec
• The number of ‘client testimonials’ uploaded to the website received in the last calendar year – 1st Jan – 31 Dec
