• Attends all Franchise Meetings and Annual Team Conference
• Supports at least one local charity/community cause
• Is meeting development schedule
• Business financials in healthy, stable condition (in Masters opinion)
• Compliance with brand guidelines
• Actively providing content for social media
• Consistent and effective local area marketing
• Compliance with building/business local/state legislation
• Positive attitude and contributes to the group
• CFF paid on time every time (apart from any pre-arrangements)
• At least 2 renovation projects and 2 Client Testimonials uploaded
